Our guests especially appreciate the incredibly convenient location of the hotel: the nearest sandy beach is only ten meters away, and the city center is a few minutes of a leisurely walk along the embankment. The railway station is in a 2-minute drive by public transport, and you will spend only 10 minutes on the road from the bus station. The hotel complex can rightfully boast of a rich infrastructure: a market, supermarkets, public transport stops, a zoo and an aquapark - all within walking distance. The location of the hotel is thought out in such a way as to make the vacation in Berdyansk diverse and interesting.
Beach
One of the main advantages of the Maxim hotel complex is the sea, or rather the beach. The beautiful sandy beach of Berdyansk Bay is located just ten meters from our hotel. Waves are very rare here, which is ideal for families with children. Kids will be able to swim in plenty in the warm sea, and parents won't have to worry about accidental injuries - fine sea sand treats small heels very carefully.

Meals
While staying at the Maxim Hotel, you can cook for yourself, or order food at our Meat House restaurant. You will definitely be pleased with a large selection of dishes of Ukrainian and European cuisines! For those who like to dine outdoors, there is a barbecue area on the territory of the complex with the possibility of cooking meat and fish on the grill.

Чудесный отдых на море!
Месторасположение — идеальное для тех, кто хочет быть и в пешей доступности от центра города, и, при этом, жить в отеле с шикарным видом на море (все отели, что ближе к центру, находятся намного дальше от моря, и их с береговой линией разделяют довольно шумная пешеходная тропа и железная дорога, что идет в порт). В кафе при отеле вкусно готовят. Особо хотел бы отметить работников отеля. Все, с кем мы сталкивались, всегда старались помочь и были предельно вежливы.

Номера свежие и чистые, все службы работают отлично — горячая вода, кондиционер. В комнате много розеток, кровать очень удобная. Большая оборудованная летняя кухня. Месторасположение — прямо у моря возле городского пляжа, но вдали от шума и толпы, в 10 минутах ходьбы самый центр со всеми развлечениями.

Море, рассветы, закаты, Максим :)
было чисто, меняли полотенца ежедневно, постель 2 р/нед. Вид с балкона просто прекрасен! Также понравилось: хорошее покрытие пола (паркет), кухня со всем необходимым, мангал, уютный закрытый двор с беседками, магазинчик, удобная мебель.

Недостатков я не искала, все понравилось. Уютный отель, приветливый персонал, очень близко к морю. Есть возможность приготовить еду самостоятельно, в отеле предоставляют всю необходимую посуду. За поздний выезд не пришлось доплачивать, разрешили остаться до нужного нам времени.

Отличное место для летнего отдыха в Бердянске!
Отель расположен в отличном месте возле остановки «Третий пляж», с которой можно легко уехать на Косу за 6 грн. Пешая прогулка до набережной и центра города займет 15 минут. Интересные номера под крышей с мансардным окошком и видом на море, удобная кровать, душ-туалет, мощный холодильник и ТВ — все что нужно, чтобы поваляться после жаркого пляжа и перед вечерней вылазкой в город.
